OrderlyEmails - Recommended Products

This collection is used by the OrderlyEmails app, to make product recommendations in your notification emails, which automatically update over time.

  • This service is currenty provided for FREE, with any theme purchase.
  • Recommended products shown in your email are automatically updated every 4 hours, to match this collection.
  • By default, your Best-Selling products (that are in stock & not already purchased) will be recommended.
  • You can modify the rules below to change which products are recommended. Products at the top of the list are more likely to be shown.
  • To enable/disable recommendations in your emails, login to the OrderlyEmails app (Shopify Admin -> Apps) and add the "Recommended products" section to an email in the editor.

Note: This collection is "hidden", it is not be visible on your website.

💰 Does the price of the product include customs duties?

  • Since customs policies vary by country, all our products are sold without taxes included.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking your country/region's tax regulations before placing an order.
  • Should your local customs require documentation proving the value of the package, we will fully cooperate and provide you with the necessary documents to facilitate a smooth customs clearance.

📅 When will I receive my package?

  • We will ship from our warehouse in Beijing, China. In-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. Pre-order products take approximately 10 days to 3 months - this is stated in the description of each product.
  • The time it takes for a package to arrive varies depending on your country and region, and the shipping method you choose. Generally speaking cheaper shipping methods take longer. For more information, please check our Shipping Policy.

🧸 Are your plush toys authentic?

Yes, our games and anime peripherals are licensed by the brands. Changed game characters (including Puro and Tiger shark plush toys, etc.) are licensed by DragonSnow, and products such as TGCF and MDZS are licensed by minidoll. The general plush toys are sold under license from the manufacturers.
