I LOVE my RANWAN dolls so much! Amazing quality and details on the clothes and dolls! I had some issues with my local post office (not 42shops's fault) because they delivered my package to one of my neighbors (similar address) by mistake. 42shops was very responsive and helpful on helping me get my package back. My package was retrieved within hrs of the mistaken delivery. Excellent service! I would continue to purchase more from 42shops!

Had an issue in transport where the parcel had to be returned, I quickly got a response and they were helpful and honest
It got sent out and had come pretty quickly in about 2 weeks. It's a shame it got halted but it is what it is and appeared to be an issue outside of the stores control
The Puro Plush now has a lovely new home, twas much larger than I had thought but that's really neat and the keychains look even better in person, so thankyou and have a lovely day <3
