🔄 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Period:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse and confirm that it meets our conditions, we will refund you the price of the product.

Exchange Process:
If you decide to exchange an item for personal reasons, please be aware of the associated costs:

  • International Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of sending the item back to our warehouse.
  • Customs Duties: You must also pay any customs duties incurred on the returned item within our country.
  • Shipping for Replacement Item: You will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

📮 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Upon acceptance, we'll send you a return/exchange shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

🛍️ Pre-sale Items & Cancellations

  • Pre-sale items can be canceled for free before we place the order with the brands. Once shipped, cancellation is not available for free.
  • Other orders can be canceled, but the refund amount depends on the order status:

🔍 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

💳 Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it will take about 1-5 businessdays for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a package cannot be successfully delivered due to customer reasons (such as incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or lack of cooperation with local postal services), the following will apply:
  • If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the price of the product only. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may arise.

If the issue with the package is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, unexamined goods leading to quality issues), we take full responsibility:
  • Reshipment: We will reship the correct or defect-free product at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: If you opt not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund, including any international shipping fees paid.
