By shopping on 42Shops, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

All your payments are made through a secure gateway, no matter PayPal or Credit Card. We do not hold, nor do we store any of your financial information.

You can cancel your order anytime before our international shipping, and 42Shops will refund you according to our refund policy under different situations. If you cancel the order after shipping, the payment will not be fully refunded. You can receive the package first, then ship it back to us. We will deduct a handling fee and international shipping fee we have spent, then refund you the rest item cost. You are responsible for shipping fee back.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Each parcel might be held by customs for checking and tax. All customs problems need to be solved by yourself. Due to different customs rules in different countries, we are not responsible for any customs problems. What we can do is to provide related invoice or documents to help you with customs clearance. We kindly suggest you read local customs regulations before import from overseas.
