Good customer service and shipping

My parcel arrived safely in the expected time frame and customer service kindly kept me informed on any issues or changes in my order (I had pre order items that were slightly delayed) and offered me the option to ship my order earlier when they found out about delays so I would still be able to get the rest of my order at the expected time. It was wonderful shopping with them and would do so again.
