When will I receive my package?
We will ship from our warehouse in Beijing, China. In-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. Pre-order products take approximately 10 days to 3 months - this is stated in the description of each product.
The time it takes for a package to arrive varies depending on your country and region, and the shipping method you choose. Generally speaking cheaper shipping methods take longer.

My only regret is not ordering earlier so I could get the special edition one, but regular addition Hua Cheng is still great! I was not expecting his accessories to be actual metal! I love his smug little face.

I didn't realize he came with his ashes (ring on a necklace) because it isn't picture on the box or in any photos I've seen. Currently, my Xie Lian mini doll is wearing it, all is as it should be ^_^
This is the mini doll that hooked me. They are all totally adorable and well-made but Xie Lian's expression fills me with the most joy. His clothes and accessories are amazing quality. The 20cm size is just right; I think the 40cm looks cute too but this guy is portable!

I came here for the MXTX merch and now I have a long wishlist of mini doll clothes. Everything I've ordered (well, all the mini dolls!) has come in quickly and in great condition. There's always a discount to grab. I only had to contact customer service once when I wanted to cancel a pre-order to get a different item instead and they were very fast and friendly.
He was the first out of the mini dolls I ordered that arrived so he has a special place in my heart. His clothes and the details on the actual doll are amazing, I feel really lucky that MDZS has such high quality merch!
Of course I couldn't get Lan Wangji alone, I also have Wei Wuxian who is equally adorable and high quality. There was an error with the tracking information for them but they came so fast I didn't even need to send a question about it.

The unboxing videos did not lie! He's cute, he's soft, he's got perfect fashion. My sibling that knows nothing about any of MXTX's work has dubbed Wei Wuxian the cutest of the mini dolls. Highly recommended if you're a fan with the money and shelf space (of course, I got Lan Wangji too--they're adorable and I love them).

I've ordered a puro plushie some months ago and after a month of shipping came perfect! The wait was well worth it.
The The King of Ghosts Hua Cheng Plush is sexy, adorable and most of all really captures the attitude of this TGCF character! I love the way the embroidered features evoke the charisma of Hua Cheng despite it being a very huggable plush toy. Clothing and accessories are beautifully done and the price is very reasonable for something that will last a very long time if properly cared for. Highly recommend to all TGCF lovers!
I won this little guy during 42shops' giveaway a few months ago, and after a long wait, I had an adorable - and very squeaky - ball of fluff in my hand. (Alongside not one, but two cards thanking me for the support of Changed.)
The loop attached to the top has allowed me to hang it from my belt, meaning that - much like my Puro plush - I can take the little guy everywhere, giving him a gentle squeeze every once in a while, just to hear that cute little noise.
He is surprisingly sizeable, being slightly larger than the Puro plush's foot, which makes him very comfortable to hold - and the adorable little expression on his face is just to die for.
