🤷 Customer-Related Issues
If a package cannot be successfully delivered due to customer reasons (such as incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or lack of cooperation with local postal services), the following will apply:
  • If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the price of the product only. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may arise.

🙇 Our Errors
If the issue with the package is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, unexamined goods leading to quality issues), we take full responsibility:
  • Reshipment: We will reship the correct or defect-free product at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: If you opt not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund, including any international shipping fees paid.
