💰 Does the price of the product include customs duties and VAT?

  • Prices on 42shops do not include customs duties or VAT, as these charges vary by country.
  • However, for select destinations such as the United States and major European countries, we offer a special shipping method (YanwenPL) for parcels under 2kg.
✅ This method includes all taxes and customs fees.
If your order qualifies, you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery.
  • If your customs office requests verification, we’ll fully support you by providing all necessary documents to ensure smooth clearance.

💬 What do other customers say about you?

📅 When will I receive my package?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • For in-stock items, 1-7 working days to process.
  • Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items: Varies from 10-20 working days or more. Some items may take over 2 months to prepare. Check individual product pages for specific estimates.
  • Delivery duration depends on your location and selected shipping method — typically, more economical options may take longer.
  • For any tracking inquiries or assistance, our customer service team is here to help you.

🧸 Are your plush toys authentic?

Yes, our games and anime peripherals are licensed by the brands. Changed game characters (including Puro and Tiger shark plush toys, etc.) are licensed by DragonSnow, and products such as TGCF and MDZS are licensed by minidoll. The general plush toys are sold under license from the manufacturers.

The details and quality of material for plush and hat are really top as well as for items made from other materials. Unlike the unofficial stores this one won't make you worry about the quality

An iconic item for any Changed fan. The mask material is smooth, feels nice to touch and looks sturdy.
A nice decoration for a room or as a part of a cosplay

A nice small Changed kit

A must have item for a Changed fan. The crystal bottle and the piece of the film are really cool. The squid dog metal card looks really great. But would be nice if the sample were made of resin instead. I hope there would be more Changed sets like this one.

Changed Puro Plush Furry Plush

I ordered the Hua Cheng MiniDoll plush a while ago. When I saw the Xie Lian one was restocked, I immediately bought it. He is just as adorable and detailed as the Hua Cheng plush is!

The box did come slightly damaged, and the Xie Lian plush has a tiny tear on his head, but aside from that, it’s perfect. I’m glad that he and Hua Cheng can be together as an adorable plush couple. :)
