🔄 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Period:
You have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse and confirm that it meets our conditions, we will refund you the price of the product(Need to deduct the potential customs fees.) in 1-5 working days.
Exchange or Return Process:
If you decide to exchange or return an item for personal reasons, please be aware of the associated costs:
- International Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of sending the item back to our warehouse.
- Customs Duties: You must also pay any customs duties incurred on the returned item within our country.
- Shipping for Replacement Item: You will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

📮 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Upon acceptance, we'll send you a return/exchange shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

🛍️ Cancellations
- Pre-order products, made-to-order items, and custom-sizing items that we have already purchased from the brands.
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Items that have arrived in our warehouse for more than 15 days.
For other orders, cancellations are possible, but the refund proportion will depend on the exact order status.

💳 Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it will take about 1-5 businessdays for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
🔍 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Customs Issues: We do not provide refunds if your package is returned due to refusal to pay taxes or if customs cannot contact you. Please note that 42shops is not liable for any local customs fees.
- Address Changes: No refund will be issued if your package cannot be delivered because you moved to a new address after we shipped it.
- Natural Disasters: In the event of package destruction or loss due to natural disasters, we apologize and may share part of the loss with you.
- Incorrect Information: Refunds are not given if the package fails to be delivered due to incorrect address or phone number provided by you.
- Shipping Delays: We do not offer refunds for delays in shipping.
- Package Lost: We're sorry your package was lost. While we don't offer refunds for lost packages, we're willing to share a little part of the cost with you. To avoid such issues in the future, we highly recommend choosing 'Worry-Free Purchase' shipping insurance. With this option, any lost package -item price will be fully covered by the insurance provider, ensuring a full refund for your items. Thank you for your understanding.
- Policy for Recipient-Caused International Returns: For international returns caused by the recipient's reasons, we will contact the recipient promptly upon receiving the package at our warehouse to confirm if reshipping is required. If reshipping is requested, the recipient will be responsible for any additional international shipping fees and applicable taxes. Due to limited warehouse space, we offer a free storage period of up to 3 months, starting from the date the package is received at our warehouse. After this period, the package will be automatically discarded. Thank you for your understanding and support.
