Does the price of the product include customs duties?
All product prices do not include import duties. To the best of our knowledge, less than 1% of packages are subject to customs duties. However, if you are notified by your local customs office, then you will be required to pay the customs duty.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay by credit card?
When you click pay, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, and in many cases you will see a credit or debit card payment button even if you don't have a PayPal account. :)
When will I receive my package?
We will ship from our warehouse in Beijing, China. In-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. Pre-order products take approximately 10 days to 3 months - this is stated in the description of each product.
The time it takes for a package to arrive varies depending on your country and region, and the shipping method you choose. Generally speaking cheaper shipping methods take longer.
